Origin

Founded in Hong Kong by an investment banker who flew often enough to know what was missing.

INDD Air was founded by Alfred Zhang, a veteran investment banker who built the firm on a single read of the Asia- Pacific market: principals here move differently than the European and North American playbooks assume, and the region deserved an operator that started from that fact.

The company has since grown into one of APAC’s premier private aviation service firms — ownership, charter, and operations under one roof. The headquarters are in Hong Kong. The work follows the region.

INDD Air operates as part of the INDD group. The relationship gives us a longer planning horizon than pure-play operators and access to the capital that supports the young-fleet posture. We choose the aircraft we want to fly. We replace them on a schedule that suits the work, not the balance sheet.
